Our office is generally open to the public to come and do searches.  Our friendly staff is here to help guide you in your search for the records you desire.

If you are requesting our office to do a search, regarding land transfers, for you, we will need the following information:

1.      Names: who sold & who bought, if possible

2.      Dates

3.      Legal Description

4.      Type of Document

Please allow us time in order to do the search.  We do these on an as can do basis.  If you need copies, the cost is .50 cents a page.  We do need payment before the records can be mailed out to you.
